Hi, its Brian Bronson, back with another Legal Tip Tuesday from QuatriniRafferty. So, today I’m gonna talk about communication. That’s communication between your attorney and yourself, how best be able to facilitate that between yourself and law firm like QuatriniRafferty how that can help your case and give the best case possible.
So, as lawyers here at QuatriniRafferty, we like to keep open the lines of communication between our clients. The more information that our clients know the better equipped they are to better know help us to help them win their legal cases. So, we want them to share with us as much information as they can. The bad, the good, and all in between.
There are some channels of communication that do not want our clients to use such as social media. And I don’t mean that we don’t want you to post on social media and enjoy your life, but when you are communicating with a secure law office, we want to make sure that you are not using Facebook or Instagram, or any non-secure entitles to send us communications. We are easily accessible by the phone, by email, fax and most importantly in-person meetings. So, even in this COVID crisis we are able to meet with our clients, we are able to social distance, we are able to use the conference rooms and stay way more than the CDC guidelines permit to be, to meet with you in person.
So, we want to make sure that the communication lines are open. We are easily accessible and not only are we accessible but, we have staff that are very knowledgeable. One of the things that we are very proud of at QuatriniRafferty are that we have had individuals that have been here for decades, and those people are very experiences paralegals and secretaries and receptionists. Those people can take your phone calls and make sure that those messages get to the attorney as soon as possible. So there’s not always a need to keep calling over and over again. Once that message is left with our staff we are confident that message will be given to the attorney within a few minutes to hours and that the attorney will start working on that information accordingly.
Email, again, if you have a low priority question or something that needs more detail that can be given in a two or three minute phone call. Email is a great way to get in touch with us. You can email the secretaries, the paralegals; all that email is confidential, its private, its secure and it can help us facilitate our response back to you in a more meaningful fashion. So, we like to keep the channels of communication open at all times and we hope that you enjoy your experience with QuatriniRafferty and can communicate with us affectively.
