The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is conducting a nationwide strike and, locally, Teamsters Local 249  began striking at the Warrendale facility. The Company filed an Emergency Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Claim for Damages. Ernie Orsatti file Preliminary Objections and a supporting brief. The company presented its Petition for Injunction before Judge Regan of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Judge Regan denied Ernie’s Preliminary Objections and conducted a hearing n the Petition and Motion, but after the hearing, the Judge ruled in favor of the union and denied the request for an injunction and damages, finding that the company failed to sustain its burden of proving its entitlement to an injunction or damages.
