Congratulations to Attorney Joyce Novotny-Prettiman, who was installed as the 98th President of the Westmoreland Bar Association at its annual meeting on April 1st! Ms. Novotny-Prettiman joins Vincent J. Quatrini, Jr. (1989), Richard “Dick” Galloway (1990), and David S. DeRose (2012) who also presided over the organization.
